Warm Up to Winter Event
Official Contest Rules & Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
The “Warm Up to Winter Event” (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Window World Canada (the “Sponsor”).
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. local time on October 06, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. local time on November 30, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received within the Contest Period.
3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (and persons living in the same household) are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter
a. Qualifying Booking Entry: During the Contest Period, entrants will receive ballots into the draw when they book a Global Window window or door package:

1 ballot for every job booked valued under $10,000 (before taxes).

2 ballots for every job booked valued at $10,000–$19,999.

3 ballots for every job booked valued at $20,000 or more.
b. No Purchase Necessary Entry: To enter without making a booking, mail a handwritten entry including your full name, address, phone number, email, and a 50-word statement on “How I keep warm in a Canadian winter” to:

Each mail-in entry equals one (1) ballot. Limit of one mail-in entry per person. Must be postmarked by November 30, 2025 and received by [date].
c. Limit: Maximum of three (3) ballots per person regardless of entry method.
5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize is available: an all-inclusive trip for two to a southern vacation destination of Sponsor’s choosing (approximate retail value: CAD $5,000).

Prize includes round-trip economy airfare, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), meals, and transfers.

Additional costs (insurance, gratuities, personal expenses, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative.
6. Winner Selection & Skill-Testing Question

On or about [draw date shortly after Nov 30], one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible ballots received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible ballots received.

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.

To claim the prize, the winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.

Failure to comply will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be drawn.
8. Publicity & Privacy
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city/province, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes by Window World Canada, without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law).
9. General Conditions

Contest subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest for any reason beyond its control that affects the integrity of the Contest.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
